The 60-day "Healthy Body, Mind & Spirit" Group Coaching Program was created to help eliminate emotional eating and constant food cravings in a group setting. You have additional support and accountability from the group as you practice tuning into your body, learning to manage your emotions, eat mindfully, and end the cycles of guilt and shame around food.  

I'm there to guide you every step of the way.

  • Coaching sessions weekly: You'll learn skills to cope with stress, practice exercises & techniques and share your experiences with others. I'll be doing group and laser-coaching in these sessions.  Value $1200.00

  • Health-boosting whole food nutrition to help heal the gut, increase your nutrient intake and increase your energy ( delivered right to your door). Value $100.00

  • One 60-minute private coaching session Value $200.00

  • Meditations, audios, and recordings. Value $180.00

Teaching sessions are held every Monday.  We don't just talk about what you want to change and your feelings in our teaching sessions, but you experience change as you do the work. We'll get to the core of your eating patterns using my unique coaching skills, release overwhelming emotions and limiting beliefs holding you back from living a life of freedom around food. 

 

Yoga helps lower your stress hormones and balance the nervous system leaving you with more clarity and a relaxed mind/body. It also helps you reconnect with your body, process energy, and even release stuck emotions. 


Mondays: Vinyasa Yoga: 

These classes are challenging and stimulating and strengthen every muscle in your body. You'll build strength, flexibility, and stamina, igniting your inner fire. Using breath to enhance each pose, this class will move you from one pose to the next, allowing for a powerful practise to strengthen the body and release the mind. 

 

Sundays: Release, Relax & Restore Yoga: 

In this class, you'll release muscle tension through stretches and postures designed to relax the body. Then you'll rest while being guided through a short meditation to leave you feeling restored.
